In affirming that God is the “creator of heaven and earth” we establish His place above all things. This is a matter of worship. God deserves our worship because we are His and everything was made by Him and for Him. Romans 11:36 puts it this way: “For from him and through him and to him are all things. To him be glory forever. Amen.”
Passages on Worshiping our Creator: Psalm 19:1-4, Psalm 66:1-4, Romans 1:19-21, Colossians 1:16,
Passages on Worship in Israel: Psalm 95, Joshua 24, Nehamiah 9-10
Supplemental passages: Leviticus 1-7 (the sacrifices of Israel referenced in the third video)

*This is an adaptation of a longer video by Wilson that adds opinions and applications more unique to his settings as a presbyterian and prohibits more in worship than Christ House does. Note the differences if you watch or share the unedited version from youtube.
The perspective on worship presented here is one of military training and battling from the high ground of heaven. This is why the church in our age is typically called “the Church Militant” in theology books.
